Sainte SolineA small village with a lovely park which has a pond and picnic area, There are lots of easy cycling routes flowing through the fields of sun flowers along quiet country lanes, the land is predominantly flat making it easy for young ones and those less fit to keep up.
LezayOnly 4km away, Lezay has all the amenities you need for everyday shopping: Supermarket, Boulangerie, 24hr petrol station (credit Card), Restaurants, Tabac, cash machine and Tourist information office.
There is also a park that has a large fishing lake, tennis courts, outside swimming pool and Lots of children's play equipment as well as a picnic area. |
Le Marais PoitevinIn the 'Marais Poitevin' (the Green Venice) a marshland area of great beauty, there are a labyrinth of waterways linking quaint villages through wetland forests where you can take out punts and canoes. There are also paths for hiking and cycling.

Valley of the SingesA uniquely interactive day out in this Ape conservation park. Located on several islands, three hundred and fifty Apes, representing 30 species enjoy life in semi-freedom. A great day out and only 20 minutes drive away.
